So, a few years ago my mom went bold and got a new pair of glasses that are a dark red. She later changed her Facebook profile picture, and OMG, she just looked SO CUTE. Every time I would see her comment on something, I would think, “awwww, it’s my cute little mom”.
It’s now her nickname. I have some friends that call her that. It’s how she appears in my phone. And so I had to use this name for yarn too (with Cute Little Mom’s approval, of course). The colour inspiration came from an Indigo Shrug I had crocheted for my mom.
