Several years ago, when my dad was more mobile and still living at home, we went to visit the Devonian Gardens. My dad was on his scooter, and would frequently drive ahead of my mom and I, then wait for us to catch up. Well, at one point, my dad went too far ahead and we lost him. Turns out, finding an old guy speeding around on a scooter is a difficult task, lol. I think it took a good 30 minutes to locate him!
One thing I also remember from that trip is the huge number of giant dragonflies present. I don't think I've ever seen so many in one spot. The colours in this yarn remind me of the irideccent wings of these dragonflies.
