At the end of 2019, we found out some surprising news from our Ancestry DNA results. Although we had always been told that my husband was an only child, it turned out he actually has a younger half sister. It's been amazing to see how quickly the two of them just clicked, and there are so many similarities between them. We were really lucky to meet up just before everything was shut down in Alberta.
And we were very happy to find out that his sister has a daughter, and so therefore we have our one and only niece! She just turned 11 in April, when this colourway was first released. And purple is her favourite colour...
