With my dad now living in long term care for over a year, birthdays have looked a bit different. Instead of having a cake, we find it easier to bring cupcakes. Inevitably, no matter how careful we try to be, some just fall over and the pretty icing is smooshed all over. Kind of like the colours in this yarn!
