April 17, 2021 was Local Yarn Shop Day, as since we are a yarn shop of the online sort, we ran a skein-naming contest.
Kat @pinkiepieknits submitted the winning name! Here is the story behind the name she chose:
Reminds me of when I was driving through Alberta on my way to Ontario from BC when I was moving and I saw the most spectacular sight of these dark ominous storm clouds rolling in over the skies during a stunning sunset. It was terrifyingly breathtaking!
